Word 2003 crashes when I edit a doc with the keyboard

I install Office 2003 on a terminal server 2003 with all microsoft update.

Every thing in office work exept Word and Word pad !!!!.

sp3 is install on office
sp2 is install on windows
I cant make any more update on my server


I can open a any document but when I try edit the document add anything you
can see on the keyboard, word crashes with the text
" Word encoutered a error and have to be close bla bla bla "

in the application event log I have
"Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.8169.0, stamp 465f2a40,

I delet normal.dot
I make install/repair for office in add and remove program
I try to run word /r to register all the application again
"c:\progra..\winword.exe /r"
I try with the /a for safe mode

Word crashes each time I try to use and that append for every user on the
server.

I have same problem with Win2003 RC2 Terminal + Office 2003 SP3
Please help!!

I reinstall drivers for printer LPB1120, i delete normal.dot, rebuild user
profile, reinstall office 2003 with SP3.

May be this problem with SP3?

LBP1120 on local machin work correct.

Please Help!!!!
