Word 2003 crashes when open a template

The error message in Event viewer is:
Source: Microsoft Office 11
Category: None
Event ID: 1000
Description:
Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.6113.0,
stamp 40077019, faulting module winword.exe, version 11.0.
6113.0, stamp 40077019, debug? 0, fault address 0x0003ce75.

The template is not corrupted because many of my collegues
can open it without problem.
