Word 2003 crashes

Does anyone know the answer to why in the new version of Word 2003 with
Windows XP that copying or moving files from one folder to another will
always at sometime make the machine crash. It will copy files a couple of
time, sometimes more, then it will just lock. Is this a Word problem or
Windows XP. Could anyone help please.

Since Word doesn't have the capability of copying files, the problem is with
Windows. When you are using file properties from within Word, you are using
the Common Dialog DLL that comes with Windows, not Word.
