Word 2003 data insertion.

Hi,
I must insert some data to a document. That data could be a alone value, or
a complet table (row and column number is unknow).
To accomplish is task I use the search function of Word on a special word
(tag like : ##mytag ) and for a alone value I do Word replacement.
But with a table, i do the search and after I use the application.selection
to do my insertion.
- Could i use a more clear selection ? like document.find.selection
- Could i use a better way to do insertion, like Word's field ?

Once these document properties are populated, you can use "Doc Property"
Fields
to position the data anywhere in your document.
