I am curious to know if anyone else has been having this problem and if
anyone has found a fix for it...

We are planning to roll out Office 03 thoughout our administration offices
and the first two computers that I have placed the software on for test
purposes have a bit of a problem in Word and Outlook.

While typeing documents, e-mails or detailed Journal entries the programs
seem to "hick-up" and delete a couple of the most recent paragraphs and
return the cursor to the home position within the document. If you tried to
reenter what was lost it will do the same thing again at approximatly, (not
exactly) the same position.

I have addressed this in the Microsoft KB but find nothing that makes any
referance to it and am hoping that someone else has experienced the same
problem.

Thanks in advance for any input...

I have run into similar problems with Office 03 to the point where I gaved
up and returned to Office 02 - one of my bad experiences was that I used the
address book in word but with 03 you have to default to Outlook Express for
all your incoming email or you will not be able to use the address book. I
tried to get an answer from Microsoft and posted to several news groups with
no results. It is a shame that Office 03 has different drawbacks since it
appears to be an excellent program - I run a net work for Catholic
Charities.
