Word 2003 - different watermarks on different pages?

How can I insert different watermark pictures on different paages in
one document?

I haven't tried it myself but have you tried using Section breaks?

I tried section breaks, page breaks, but I always only have either none
watermark or all the same on every page.
By the way I have Word 2002 not 2003.

Any one else with solutions?

I suspect you are using Format/Background/Printed watermark? If that's
the case you may need to manually insert the text or graphic in the
appropriate section instead.

Also, since if you are using section breaks, did you make sure you
unlinked the sections? By default when you insert a section break the
header and footer is linked the previous section. If this is the case
you should see "Same as Previous" about the header or footer in the
right side. To unlink them, on the Header and Footer toolbar use the
"Link to Previous" or "Same as Previous" command. (You should have one
or the other. I don't recall which version they changed the wording
for the command but the functionality is the same.)

Excellent, that works. I have separated the sections. Okay, learning
point: watermarks are connected to headers and footers.
