Word 2003 docs show no text upon opening.

None of my Word 2003 docs show text upon opening. Nothing is on the screen
except the name on the title bar. I've run "repair."

When they are open, can you do anything like type, copy/paste, scroll pages?

If you are facing such problem after running repair then it means that your
word file get corrupt and you need to repair it with the help of third party
word repair software. You can download it from http://www.repair-word-file.com

It seems unlikely that *all* of the OP's documents are corrupt, though.
