Hello.
At work we're using Office 2003 SP3 on Windows and at home I have a Macbook 3.1 with Office 2008 (with latest update 12.1.4).
And I have the following compatibility issue:
I create and edit a word doc in 2003 at work.
I open it in Word 2008 at home, edit and save (in compatibility mode or whatever it's called in English). When I open it again everything looks okay.
But when I open the same document in 2003 again there's often just on line per page. The whole content is there but each page contains only one line. This seems to happen especially with tables; I have then one page per table row.
Is there some setting I have to adjust? Or does this just not work when using 2008 and 2003?
Thanks in advance for any help.
