We have a staff member who uses the default Times New Roman to format her
documents. However, they PRINT in Times font. This only happens to one user
when printing to a specific printer. The easy answer is to have her start
using another printer but this is not convenient. She does not want to "live
with" using the Times font. Any suggestions what could be the cause or what
we can do to fix it? This started anout a week after upgrading our systems
to XP. We tried recreating the normal.dot template. This actually fixed it
for a week or so but it no longer works as a fix (the problem started up
again soon after renaming the normal.dot )
