Word 2003 document viewing differently on different computers

We are having issues with the same document viewing differently on different
machines. Office 2003 SP 2, XP SP2 and same patch version for windows update
on both machines in quesion. Margins and page setup are identical. Tools >
Options are the same as well. We are printing to the same printer with the
same driver.

When you print the font is literally a different size. The top line drops
two words and you can visibly see the size difference. Any suggestions of
what would cause this would be appreciated.

Perhaps certain fonts are not installed on one machine that are on the
other. If Word can't find a font, it substitutes.

Thanks Charles. That was exactly our issue.
