Word 2003 Envelope problem

C

CJ

On some letters, if you select the address and create an envelope, the last
three lines of the document are picked up as the address. Why does this
happen and how to fix it please?

It will do this if the address information in the letter is ambiguous.
Select the address first to eliminate the issue.

Graham, the address is being selected first and it is still picking up the
last 3 lines of the document for the envelope address.

That would appear to suggest some minor document corruption. Copy all but
the last paragraph mark into a new document. Does the problem still occur?
