Word 2003 Envelope problem

Hi =?Utf-8?B?cmFmZndz?=,
How can I add envelope to task bar?
You need to provide more detailed information on what it is
you want. For one thing, Word doesn't have a "task bar";
Windows has a task bar.

Word has toolbars, and some versions also have task panes.

I also rather doubt that you want to put an envelope
somewhere on your computer screen. I'm guessing you want to
have some kind of command available in the Word interface,
on a toolbar, probably. Which command? Please be specific
about what you want to do.

Cindy---

You are so right---- it's a toolbar. I want to have an envelope icon on the
toolbar so I can easily address envelopes. Now you must select Tools, Letters
and Mailing, then Envelopes and Labels. Old versions of Word allowed just
dragging small envelope icon to toolbar, and can't seem to do this in 2003.
Need your help and many thanks.

The envelopes & labels button is on the standard toolbar - click the arrow
at the right hand end of the toolbar and make sure the option is checked.
