How do I correct the following problem? Every time I open word 2003 I get the
following messages:

"This file contains macros with an expired or revoked signature. Sinc you
are running under High Security level, these macros will be disabled."

After I click the "OK" option the following message appears:

"The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to the online help or
documentation of the host applicaton to determine how to enable macros. "

I then have to click to "OK" option before I can begin a new document or
revise an old document.

Assuming you are confident in these files, change your macro security
settings to accept installed templates and add-ins. You could ask whoever
originally published these files to give you an update with an up-to-date
certificate, as well. Otherwise, look at the page Jay gave you.
