I was using Word 2003 on one computer, and was able to repeat the
finding of all footnote marks. Sweet. I was using F4. Then I
continued editing the file on another computer, also Word 2003, but F4
repeatedly deleted a character. So I searched the web and found that
F4 is suppose to repeat the last action. Instead, Shift-F4 repeats
the last search. However, it doesn't repeat the find-all. It simply
highlights one footnote. When pressed again, it simply finds the next
footnote. I want to repeat the highlighting of all footnotes using a
single keystroke (I'll be using that alot). Should this be do-able?
It certainly seemed so on the first computer. Why would that be?
Thanks.
