Word 2003 freezes up when editing one document on one pc

Hi,

i have six users using Office 2003 Professional and five using Office
2000 Professional who all access the same word document on our network
fileserver. All of the Office 2K users can edit this file as can five
of the six Office 2003 people.

However, one, and only one user with Office 2003 Pro, while editing
that document, has word freeze up after a couple minutes. the
application can then only be closed with Task Manager. What I have
tried is as follows:

Copy the network file to her local hard drive - same problem.
Delete the normal.dot - same problem
Copy normal.dot from "normal" 2003 user to her pc - same problem
Uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003 Pro - same problem.

I read somewhere that this may be a Microsoft Windows issue - maybe
caused by a critical update

Can someone please help me with this. If you need any specific error
message, I will provide it.

If this only happens after a few minutes of editing, I'd suspect a partially
corrupt printer driver. Try deleting and reinstalling the printer driver on
that WS.
