Hello all - I have a user with a just recently rebuilt Windows XP SP2 station
running Office Pro 2003. Her Word app hangs when attempting to insert a Clip
Art image. She is able to insert other picture files just fine. The event
logs show these two entries:
Event ID 1002 - Hanging application WINWORD.EXE, version 11.0.6358.0, hang
module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
Event ID 1001 - Fault bucket 117097750.
I've searched for something similar and have only found one other string
dated July 21, 2005, but no solution was offered.
Any help is appreciated - this user is one that could become a very "squeaky
wheel". Thanks!
