Word 2003 has encountered a problem and needs to close

MS Word 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1, Windows 2000 SP4 and when user tries to
print to Default printer Sharp and first time it prints fine. If user hits
print again on same document, error comes up: Microsoft Office Word has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience. Please tell MS about this problem. There is a Send Error
Report and a Don't Send button to click. Only happens in Word. MS Outlook
and IE and Excel all print fine. Have uninstalled reinstalled word, Office,
printer. Done windows and office updates. Any help would be appreciated.
