Word 2003, Headers and Footers Missing

We are in the process of upgrading to Word 2003 but have noticed missing
headers and footers with documents that were created in previous versions of
Word. This includes Word 2000 and Word XP.

Any thoughts?

Hi Mike,

I haven't experienced that problem through all the Betas and the RTM version
of Word 2003. If you can send one of the documents to me, I will take a
look as see if I can replicate the problem and if so, find out what is
causing it.
