Hello -
Have recently upgraded a clients TS to Office 2003 from 2000. We are having
the following difficulty:
The task pane shows recent files, but shows apparently all open files, or at
a minimum open files that do not belong to the user logged in. I have tried
this as a regular user and as an administrator, no difference. Turning off
the Recent File list works, but that doesn't keep a user from turning it on.
A user may read a file that says "Pending Termination of Bob" or somesuch
and represents a pretty clear problem for us.
I have done some research but not found what we can do, did some registry
exploring and some file exploring but not getting anywhere. Anyone have a
good idea how to resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Venger
