Hi all, last year I rolled out Office 2003 across my workplace. One
department though had to have Word 2000 remain on their machies, so when I
installed Office 2003 with Word 2003 unchecked from the install setup and
therefore not installed. This allowed one of our business applications to
work by using Word 2000 (doesn't work with Word 2003).
After a change with the business application, I can now upgrade their Word
2000 to 2003. But when I go into the office 2003 setup, check the Word option
and start the installation everything goes successful, but Word 2003 isn't
installed? I then tried uninstalling word 2000, restarting the PC and try the
Word 2003 setup again, but again word 2003 doesn't install even though the
setup routine say successful?
Can anyone help?
