Word 2003 keeps saying it crashed last time it was opened

Hi!

I'm using Office 2003 SP2 on a Windows 2003 R2 terminal server. Every second
time a user opens Word he/she is prompted that "Word failed to start
correctly last time". "Do you want to start Word in safe mode?" To my
knowledge Word hasn't crashed or shown any signs of problems so I'm a bit
puzzled. I've tried to rename "normal.dot" to something else to generate a
new template. I've also tried reinstallating and repairing the installation
with a subsequent reboot but it doesn't resolve the problem. Opening Word
with the "/a" switch makes no difference either.

Any suggestions how I could track the cause of this problem is much
appreciated!
