I am having a strange problem in my small office. I am using Word 2003,
Service Pack 2. When creating a page of disimilar labels, we click on
"Tools", "Letters and Mailings", "Envelopes and Labels". We select the label
type in options. Many users like to click on "New Document" so they can see
the preview of the label sheet with grid lines.
The problem is that some users see the grid lines and some don't.
Does anyone know what this is? All are using the same version of Office
2003 with the same service pack and hotfixes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
