Word 2003 label question.

[Hands On]

I am trying to put a small photograph onto a mailing label (Avery 8250) but I
cannot drag the photo onto the label. I have seen this done to labels before,
but I am not being succesful myself. Am I missing a step here?
Any help would be most appreciated.
