Hi,
Just upgraded to Office 2003 from Office 2000 (have done many mail merges
with 2000) and attempting to do my first mail merge. To get a data source, I
choose:
"Select from Outlook Contacts" then "Choose Contacts Folder", and then get a
message:
"Microsoft Office Word
Unable to obtain list of tables from a data source"
OK
In Outlook, under properties for Contact folders, I have enabled "Show this
folder as an e-mail Address book" and have been able to use it to Create
Envelopes in MS Word 2003.
Why is my Contacts Folder not available in the mail merge as it was in
Office 2000? What setting am I missing?
Thanks, Bob
