In Word 2000, while in Print Layout View, a style could be quickly modified
with Alt o / Styles, etc. (3-4 steps). Contrast with Word 2003, where one
must mouse through menu options (at least 7 steps to modify a paragraph);
plus, one cannot navigate the "Styles and Formatting" screen by typing the
first letter of a style name. Switching from keyboard to mouse is extremely
time-consuming, especially when trouble-shooting large, heavily formatted
documents. It is also important that I stay in Print Layout View while
working.
So, does anyone know a keyboard combination for Word 2003 Print Layout View
that bounces directly to Styles / Modify / Paragraph?
