I have a problem with two terminal servers that were installed by a 3rd
party. Everytime a new user logs on and opens word he/she gets to see the
recent documents of I guess the one who installed it. It's the same four
documents for everyone.
They cannot modify them, or even open them but they keep showing up. I
cannot seem to find where this setting is and how I can modify it so new
users do not get it anymore.
Server OS is Windows Server 2003 R2. There is nothing in the default use
rprofile in the recent folders. Only thing I did find was a registry entry in
Software\Microsoft\Office\xx.0\Word\Data\Settings there a large entry exists
and when I open it I can see the filenames in there. i treid clearing this
but it did not work.
