Word 2003 on TS

I am using Word 2003 on a Windows 2003 server with TS. I am
encounter a problem where when using a word document on
the network and trying to save. Click save and then every now and then the
name of the doc will change to wrc#####.tmp and saved rather than the actual
document.

I thought it may be something to do with somebody else
using the file and a locking problem but I think I'm the
only one using it. There's nothing on Microsoft regarding
the creation of wrcxxx.tmp files and I dont know why its
saving to this and not to the actual file.

Any ideas?
