Word 2003 Save As error.

Ive been reading other posts and this seems to be somewhat of a common
problem. In word 2003 when one station tries to do a save or save as from a
network drive, word will freeze then finally save after a time. Any one else
come across this problem?

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.

Ive read that before but we have 2 mapped drives and both are in use.
There is something else going on.
