Word 2003 - "Save As" Option Not Available

I am running Windows XP Pro and Word 2003.

My issue/problem is that when I click on "File" in a Word 2003 document, the
"File - Save As" function no longer appears although the "File - Save"
function does still appear as an option.

This has only happened recently and the "File - Save As" function function
used to work correctly with no problems whatsoever.

I should be grateful for some assistance to solve this problem and restore
the "Save As" functionality.
