[Word 2003] Scanning to Word 2003

Hi,

I have an HP Scanjet 4400C scanner. With Office XP I got used to use HP
PrecisionScan and use "scan to Microsoft Word" to scan my document
to Word.

Now that I have Office 2003, the "Scan to Microsoft Word" has disappeared.
I have a scan to paint, scan to wordpad, and some others, but I cannot
scan to MS Word anymore.

Anybody is aware of this and have a solution?

Unfortunately, I have the latest HP drivers.
I can scan from word 2003, but I cannot use PrecisionScan to scan to Word
2003.

Many things have changed since Word XP so such things do not work anymore ?
