Word 2003 SP1. spelling checker: cicatrisation -> cicatrization

Brian

The spelling checker appears to have an error. "cicatrisation" should be
cicatrization in US English according to Webster's Third New international
Dictionary. The spell checker suggested the British spelling.

As a stopgap, add "cicatrization" to your custom dictionary and
"cicatrisation" to your exclusion dictionary
(http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/ExcludeWordFromDic.htm).
