Word 2003 SP3 can't print anything

My OS is Windows XP and default printer is Epson T11 series, I can print all
document and picture from all appliction such as Wordpad, Excel, Powerpoint
but when I order to print from Word, It's show message "Printer not
response....".

I try to reinstall printer driver and msoffice manytime but the same problem
still appear.

Please advice me to correct this problem,
