Word 2003 speaking back what I wrote

While I was composing a word document, I accidentally hit a combination of
keys on my keyboard in the vicinity of the CTRL, windows key, and alt key.
Consequently, Word 2003 started to speak back to me what I had just finished
writing. Does anyone know what combination of keystrokes invokes Word 2003 to
do this?
