word 2003 standard edition error code 0x8007007f

I cannot access my clip organizer in microsoft word 2003 standard edition (it
was an upgrade from word '97). I get the message " Clip organizer cannot
complete the operation. The specified procedure could not be found." Also, I
can't access the clip organizer to try to repair from microsoft office tools.
Help!!
