Word 2003 Startup Errors

I've just installed Office 2003 with a clean install onto
a clean installation of WinXP Pro. Whenever I start up
Word 2003, I get two errors, one Visual Basic error
indicating that DVZAddin.dll was not found. After I click
OK to close the dialog I get another that indicates that
the addin~$ZWDAddin.dot is not valid.

I've gone to Tools-Addins and deselected them, but the
errors persist. I'm not sure where these have come from
and they cannot be deleted.

I've heard they are part of Documents To Go. Why would
these be installed on a clean Office 2003 installation
and how do I get rid of these errors.

I appreciate any assistance.

The add-ins come from DataViz, and the .dot is probably in the Word or
Office Startup folder and looking for the .dll, which isn't present.
Unloading the add-in in Tools | Templates and Add-ins doesn't keep it from
loading at startup; you have to actually remove it from the Startup folder.
