Word 2003 Table display-Print Layout=Help!

Hi,

I'm having a problem I've never seen before. I have a document with a
long table (97 rows) and a header and footer. It was created in a
previous version of Word.

I'm trying to update it in Word 2003, and it looks fine in Normal
Layout. But in Print view, the header is on top of the table and only
half of the table is displayed.

Any idea what's going on? Here's a link to the document:
