Word 2003 takes 20 minutes to load

Help!

When I click on my Word icon, it takes about 20 minutes to load!

This doesn't happen to other Office 2003 products (excel, outlook,
powerpoint etc).

Any ideas?

Add-Ins.

Sharing normal.dot?

My Word takes 17 seconds to load, and that is a long time. It is because of
my Add-Ins and is simply a trade-off I have to live with. 20 minutes,
though. Really?
