Word 2003 terminal server head & feet tekst

terminal server 2003 and office 2003

both with al de updates.

when a user opens de dialog for head en feet teks than word "hangs" for
around 20 seconds ....

i have mandatory profiles, end limited richts, and redirect "my documents"
folders.
