I have several Word 2003 templates that have Table of Contents inserted into
them. Word 2003 creates bookmarks for each outline level entry for the ToC.
When I open the template in Word 2007 (compatibility mode), the ToC reports
that the bookmars are missing and when I look, all of the ToC bookmark
entries were stripped from the document. I can delete the ToC and reinsert
it on the new document that gets created and it works OK. It just does not
do it from the template. This seems to be a bug in Word 2007
