Word 2003 Toolbar With Vista OS

I just got a new computer with Vista. Word 2003 will not retain any
customizations to the toolbar. Is this a Vista problem or a Word problem and
does anyone have any idea how to fix the problem

Something is obviously inhibiting changes being saved to the normal.dot.
This is nearly always due an incompatible or badly written third party
add-in and Adobe Acrobat Writer is the prime suspect! Check out this FAQ
