}Issue with Word 2003 and track changes feature.
The Track Option setting in Options Author Red\Blue for all
The result:
In Citrix Environment using Terminal Services Profile in Active Directory
for user account
All looks as it should with Red\Blue displaying as it should when changes
are made between two users
In corporate network environment not using the Profile area in Active
Directory for user account (not used because we do not want to have roaming
profiles used on additional machines in the corporate environment)
The result is a rainbow of colors for changes on the same document that in
Citrix views normally as Red\Blue
Question:
Could the feature of Word 2003 using Track Changes be affected this way due
to the Active Directory settings described - and if not could their be a
setting that we have not yet found be the issue? The installs of the office
program for both the desktops and the Citrix pool servers are the same.
