Word 2003 Track Changes problems

For some reason on my work computer I cannot format deletions (track
changes/options)...it doesn't even show, only the insertions drop down shows.
How do I change this?

If you do want to show the deletions via scripting, use this property:

ActiveWindow.View.ShowRevisionsAndComments = True
