Word 2003 VBA not running when document opened via link from IE

Hi - we have a Word 2003 SP3 document that uses an Excel document to provide
the list of items to 2 combo-boxes. The code and everything works great when
we open the document directly from Word.

When we create a link on our web page to open the Word document the VBA code
doesn't seem to be running (the combo-boxes don't have any items to select).

Any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated...
Thanks!

I know it's bad form to follow up your own post, but I'm updating this with
the solution "jaf" gave me in another post. I wasn't sure how to "cross
post" so I listed the same item in a few places and don't want others
spending time when I have the answer... Thanks jaf! :)

Hi Michelle,
To many viruses in the world.
VBA will not execute on a webserver.
You need to use server side scripting.
