Hi.
My OS is XP Pro and I've been using MS Office 2003 for (obviously) years.
Today, all of a sudden as I'm typing a document, X's and in another instance,
a symbol (I' don't remember what it was), started literally running across my
document/s. The only way I was able to stop it was to click
somewhere/anywhere in the document, where "it" would happen again, but then
would stop. At the moment I'm scanning all drives with Windows Defender
(runs daily and automatically, but I decided I better scan again), then I'm
going to run my anti-virus, etc. software, which runs automatically/daily as
well. Has anyone heard of this happening? If so, any suggestions?
I've thought about downloading the office updates, but, I'm concerned about
some of the "fixes."
Any comments would be most appreciative.
