I have Office 2003 Pro installed on a Windows XP system. Lately, when using
the built-in voice recognition software, I am getting "blue screen of death"
system crashes. The last time it occurred after first succcessfully saving a
document and then it crashed upon closing the document. When using the voice
recognition software with Word earlier in the year, it performed flawlessly,
but this random crashing during voice dictation into Word has happened
several times recently. I have started closing all other programs when
dictating into Word, and the only changes in the system I am aware of are
the constant security updates installed by Windows Update.
Is there any documentation of this problem or has anyone else had this
problem?
