Word 2003 will not print multiple copies

I installed Word 2003 on my new computer that runs Vista.

Word won't print multiple copies.

I do CTRL-P then enter the number of copies I want to print in the dialog
box but Word prints only one copy.

Same thing if I do File>Print>enter number of copies in the dialog box --
only one copy prints.

Any suggestions?

What happens if you go to the Ctrl+P, Properties, do you have an option for
copies there?
Have you checked you have an uptodate printer driver for Vista?
Do you get multiple copies from other applications?

No, checked that.

No, have not checked -- will do so right away.

Hmmm. I'm not smart enough to check that!!

Installed new driver from HP and it's now printing multiple copies!!
