My computer crashed, and then when I started it up again, and opened Word
2003, a message came up saying a serious error had occurred last time, and
did I want to delete something to prevent it happening again. So I clicked
'yes' and now when I try and open a document, first of all I am given a
choice of Document Manager Encrypted Files or All Files (from a drop down
menu) and then when I try to open a document, it tells me that it has been
encrypted by ". and that a pass phrase is required. When I try to save
something, it tells me that I do not have the necessary permissions to 'use
this functionality' and told to contact my system administrator. What has
happened and how do I fix it?
