word 2003

OK,

This is a second post for the same problem. I have tried all I know to
break down this problem but I am still getting the same issue. I have
office 2003 standard and when I try to open a template or any doc. for that
matter I get an error and word tries to recover the file etc. I have gone
through the motions. I have installed the service pack, uninstalled the
program and re-installed the program. still problems. I have even taken
the system completely down and re-installed all applications from a clean
install of windows 2000 pro. I have recreated the templates still the same
thing. The only thing different from the other workstations that I have
running the same software is that it is a volume license version of the
software. Does anyone have any ideas because I am out and I need to get
this issue resolved as soon as I possibly can. Thanks

Possibly a corrupt printer driver or normal.dot. See the following FAQ for
help:
