word 2003

I have issues with word freezing (no errors) intermittantly. sometimes
Outlook is open but I can't seem to find a pattern and i have the latest svc
pak. I have ran detect & repair twice in last 6 months. Are there other
troubleshooting steps?

I'll try the printer solution as it's a SAVON printer and has caused problems
in the past.
