word 2003

im using word 2003 and cant move my wordart around like
in word 2000. please help. also i cant find how to
change the skew of the text or how to rotate the wordart.

In recent versions of Word, WordArt is inserted In Line with Text. In order
to move it or rotate it, you must change the wrapping. Click on the WordArt
to display the WordArt toolbar, then click on the Text Wrapping button (dog
icon) and choose a different wrapping style.
